Melissa has lived in Villanova, PA for the past 30 years.  She earned a B.S. Degree in Psychology from Drexel University.  Before joining Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Realtors in Devon, Melissa worked for the Estee Lauder Companies as a Sales Manager responsible for servicing 11 Macy's stores for 9 years in northern New Jersey.  Her husband was transferred back to the Philadelphia area, and they settled in Villanova.  Melissa became a licensed Realtor in 1984.  With over 31 years of experience in Real Estate sales,she has extensive knowledge of the local market.  She continues to expand her base of knowledge, and continues to learn personally and professionally on a daily basis.  As a proud team member of the Main Line Living Team, she enjoys working alongside her son, Alex and a talented group of agents, who all work impressively as individuals, and beyond superb as a team.
For Melissa, it has always been about the client service.  She has built her reputation in the marketplace by being honest and candid.  She utilizes in-depth market research to guide her Sellers in pricing and her Buyers through the entire purchasing process, ensuring a successful closing.  She develops superior customized marketing plans using the best technology available at BHHS, Fox & Roach, Realtors.  She enjoys negotiating with absolute client confidentiality, hands on service, and excellent communication.  Most importantly, she has established beneficial working relationships with other agents.  Melissa makes the process fun!
Melissa is interested in all houses great and small.  She enjoys animals, antiques, architecture, art, the beach, books, gardening, humor, music, photography, renovations, restorations, and walking.  Melissa's three children graduated from Radnor Schools, and all are busy pursuing their careers.  She and her husband, Ted are now empty nesters and enjoying their free time.
